Finance Infrastructure problems

•For the old cities like Cairo the streets width is small around 8 m and there are no parking space,

• There are growth of the living style and person income which leed to increase no of cars per

capita,

•There are lot of new towers executed in old steers in high level area which increase the demand of

parking space,

•The retrieving time for the car on the traditional parking about 30 minutes,

•The CO2 emitions is very high in the traditional car parking due to slow moving of the cars,

•.There are many green area and ground parking owned by the governorate which can be used as

for underground car parking,

•Increase available parking space will lead to efficient traffic and solve traffic jam.

•The problem is lack of finance and management at the government to excute the smart parking

Services and finance provided by PPP

•Design, build, finance and operate underground Automated car parking for period of time

under any green area or ground parking owned by the governorate in city center,

•The public sector will benefit with the project and solve the traffic jam problem and income

from the project during the operation rather than total income after transfer after the

concession period,

•The private sector will win a business project and generate income form the project and

apply innovation and efficient solution,

•The business model will be offer a reasonable parking rate per hour if you all some

commercial activity above the project like coffes and restaurants
