  • Registration & Logging In From your browser: https://hmeapps.com/smartcall25. Account registration is immediate. Create your account and go.

  • SmartCall Waitlist Select Welcome and choose Administration. In the Administration section, you can: 1. Edit company info 2. Manager Users and update passwords 3. Add / Edit pager numbers and transmitters 4. Add / Edit departments 5. Add / Edit messages 6. Add / Edit users 7. View reports of usage

  • 1. Add a company logo. 2. Modify Account Owner information (admin access required). Updating Account Info

  • 1. Add pager numbers into the respective section. 2. Pagers with full text messages would be Alpha Numeric. Pagers with no display are considered Vibe Only. 3. In the upper right, input the IP address for the HME transmitter. Multiple addresses should be separated by commas. 4. When accepted, each field will give you a green check mark validating your entry. Add / Edit Pagers and Transmitters

  • Add / Edit Departments Each list for patient waiting or staff is considered a Department. 1. Input Department Name, select Icon if desired. 2. Assign Minimum and Maximum thresholds. 3. Thresholds determine when the record changes color on the waitlist. 4. Click the + sign to add. 5. Once all Departments are added, their position can be adjusted by clicking on Edit.

  • 1. Administrators can import a file that includes the days appointments. 2..CSV and.XLS templates are available to ensure proper field mapping. 3. All imported records will show up as Not Arrived on the Waitlist screens. Import Schedules

  • Welcome Message 1. This message is sent whenever a mobile phone number is added to a Wait list. 2. Edit the field inside the phone to craft your specific message. To turn off the Welcome Message slide the green toggle left. 3. Messages cannot contain any special characters (e.g. * @ % ? ;). Periods (.) and commas (,) are permitted. Add / Edit Messages

  • Note: HME pagers cannot display as many characters as mobile phones. Add / Edit Messages Pre-Set Messages 1. Select a Department from the list on top. 2. Add message(s) that users can choose from to page. 3. Messages for Wait list and Staff lists are managed separately. Take care to ensure messages are entered into the correct table. 4. To edit or delete a message, click on the respective area of the table.

  • Add / Edit Users 1. Authorized staff members will require user credentials to access the system. 2. Add Users by completing each of the boxes at the bottom of the screen, passwords are case sensitive. Note: ALL user names must have the email address of the responsible party or manager for password recovery.

  • Add / Edit Users 1. Login names can be specific to a person or generic for multiple users (e.g. Front Desk, Back Office). Staff members utilizing shared logins would not be included on this list. 2. For each username, highlight the name to assign departments they will have access to.
