● We wanted to learn what he didn't like about phone cases

● Jacob said the biggest problem is that big, bulky cases are ugly, and heavy but are the only thing that will protect smartphones

Prototype and Refine

● These two steps were done together● While I made prototypes I met with Jacob to

discuss what he did and didn't like in the case● One problem we encountered was that the case

was too generic● To make the case more unique and stylish we

cut out each of the corners
