Program events are open only to single Marines and Sailors stationed aboard MCLB Barstow. Participants who volunteer with SMP must register in advance with SMP HQ in order to receive a letter of appreciation. All recreation center activities are open to all Active Duty stationed aboard MCLB Barstow, regardless of rank or marital status.
