Life Line is an air medical helicopter service dedicated to providing safe and rapid air transports of seriously ill or injured patients.
These patients are transported from either a referring hospital or accident scene to a tertiary care facility. Life Line services four areas, each consisting of 120 radius miles: • Life Line 1 in Branson West, Missouri • Life Line 2 in St. Robert, Missouri • Life Line 4 in Joplin, Missouri • Life Line 5 in Rogers, Arkansas.
SOAR Program The SOAR Program is structured to allow health professionals, law enforcement or related EMS personnel who meet specific requirements to accompany the Life Line flight team on missions. This program promotes an atmosphere of understanding and appreciation for every person or agency that provides quality care for the citizens we jointly serve.
Objectives • Promotes better patient care. • Provides an educational opportunity to obtain
first-hand knowledge of all aspects of air medical missions that include on-scene or inter-facility transports of critically ill or injured patients.

• Provides the observer with general knowledge of helicopter safety.
• Encourages a cooperative spirit between Life Line flight crew and health care providers, law enforcement and EMS agencies.
