Cells
Compact and efficient productionFlexLink handles all types of boxes, totes, cassettes or racks to
transport wafers and cells before module production
in a clean and gentle way.
We can collect and buffer several batches
of cells between processes. Each batch can
then be released in any order and sent to the
next specific machine or process. Important
production data and statistics can be stored
in the database. By using elevators directly
connected to the machines, all conveyors
and buffers can be installed above operator
level without using valuable floor space.
All handling between the machines will
be fully automated and operator indepen-
dent. Our conveyors and various functions
handle the cells in a gentle way which will
increase the yield. Also buffer solutions
between cell-sorting and module
manufacturing are included in our offer.

Our collection of standard conveyor
modules makes it easy to design and, if
needed, change the layout. Our energy
efficient drives are equipped with frequency
control to enable smooth acceleration and
deceleration of the modules together with
friction top chain.
The modules are also transported
without vibrations. Transfer- and rotat-
ing units are used when the direction or
orientation of the module has to change.
Buffers can be used to balance the flow,
and lifters to open up the line or for saving
floor space. Our plastic chain technology is
proven and reliable. We have provided most
industries all around the world with cost
efficient solutions for more than 25 years.

automatic test and burn-in. All solutions are
always verified by using simulation soft-
