SOLARDOCK PROVIDES DESIGN ASSISTANCE FOR MOUNTING SOLAR PANELS
SolarDock – provider of a unique, patented, solar-panel mounting system for flat-roof & ground installations that requires no penetration of the mounting surface – is happy to report the addition to its team of accomplished designer, Alex Goodman. Goodman says, however, that he sees himself as being part of the client’s team - helping with any design problems before the installation begins, then insuring the client’s wishes for the specified array are met [including part counts, row spacing and shading]. The service is free, with Alex generally providing the greatest assist in making the drawings from an Installer or client work to maximum efficiency with the SolarDock system. He also comes into play, though, with a site visit and initial layouts when other drawings do not exist. Goodman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture/Design at Philadelphia University. Prior work is on display at the Chicago Field Museum, USS Intrepid in New York City, and the Grammy Museum in California. He has over 100 megawatts of Photo Voltaic (solar) installation drawings under his belt, with 2 megawatts of installed arrays over the past year.
