Technical progress leads to higher expectations and better understanding of our living environment. Up-to-date energy efficient underfloor heating from IPPEC gives summer warmth all year round. The proven benefits of Pexatherm warm water underfloor heating can now be experienced by all. High levels of comfort, freedom of interior and exterior design and warm tiled floors are some of Pexatherm's compelling features.

A wide range of quality systems to suit all types of floor construction

Pipe-in-RailThis is our popular system favoured by the budget conscious builder. The pipe clip rail can be used with any type of insulation. The rail avoids the use of cumbersome wire mesh and is available for 16 and 20 mm o.d. PEX pipes. The system can be laid in oversite concrete as well as in screed. Pexatherm pipe-in-rail is used for indoor and outdoor areas.

Pipe-in-StapleThe multiple insulation layer - Multiboard - serves as floor insulation and pipe fixing platform. This system accepts infinitely variable pipe spacing to give the right heat output in any area. The grid on the board assists with the pipe spacing specified. Multiboard floor insulation is available in several grades and thicknesses.

The plates which are also available in 600 and 4300 mm width are ideal for areas with restricted floor to ceiling height. The plates can be supplied with 45 mm thick insulation.

Wall and Ceiling Heating and CoolingWe offer modules for installation in wall and ceiling as well of buildings with limited ceiling height. The modules in ceilings can be chilled in Summer and warmed in winter.

Complete Heating SystemIPPEC supplies PEX 25 mm primary pipe to connect the boiler to the underfloor heating manifold.. This is a joint-free PEX pipe in conduit laid in the floor insulation avoiding expensive floor and wall duct construction.See leaflets for other advanced heating and plumbing products from IPPEC.

ApprovalsPexatherm systems are designed to BS EN 1264 performance criteria. The PEXc pipe meets DIN 4726 and BS 7291 requirements and is approved by the UK WRC. IPPEC is a founding member of UHMA - The Underfloor Heating Manufacturers' Association - which ensures high standards of design and installations.

Complete ServiceIPPEC pioneered UFH training in a purpose built centre, free estimates, technical support and CAD design service. Regular seminars with demonstration videos and computer presentations ensures the success of each Pexatherm project. IPPEC delivers nationwide from large stocks. Visit our website to learn about the systems, Get prices from the online shop or send us your plans for a free estimate.

Underfloor Heating SystemsPexatherm saves money through easy and early stage installation, and offers lower running costs. Invisible even heat avoids redecorating costs caused by radiator convection currents.Pexatherm systems offer a comprehensive range of pre-fabricated quality components to suit all types of buildings. Thus Pexatherm systems can be used in all areas, large or small, old or new, tiled, wood or carpeted, solid or timber floor construction.

Pipe-in-PlateThis is the best system for suspended timber joists, battened or 'floated' floors. The aluminium grooved plate acts as the pipe clip and diffuses the heat from the pipe into the floor. The plates can be painted matt black for maximum heat output, The standard 1250 X 400 mm plates are available in 2 or 3 pipe grooves. The Pexatherm pipe-in-plate system is ideal for first floor construction and for renovation in timber floors.

Book your place on the web to one of the regular training seminars at IPPEC.

Pipe-in-BoardThe PEX 16 mm pipe is clipped into the deep profiled plastic sheets resting on floor insulation. The profiled boards interlock together to form a tight vapour barrier. No pipe fixing tools are required with this system. Just lay the profiled (clip) board on the floor insulation and push the pipe in place according to the supplied plans.

Save Energy and MoneyPexatherm warm water underfloor heating provides warmth right across the largest areas without wasting energy. Radiant heat from the floor avoids wasteful high air temperatures near the ceiling and gives a pleasant draught-free environment.

Solves Space Heating ProblemsUsing Pexatherm UFH releases valuable wall space and allows you freedom of interior design. Full length curtains, patio windows, shelves and furniture can be placed where desired. Cold tiled floors, open plan homes, glazed rooms and high condensation areas benefit greatly from the system. Large areas in commercial or community buildings, schools, libraries, and halls also benefit from even heat throughout.

Advanced Material TechnologyThe heart of Pexatherm systems is the PEXc heating pipe from the reel. It is flexible, light yet tough, durable and it withstands high temperature and pressure. New FLEX-PEX is twice as flexible with the same strength. Multilayer flexible PEX-Alu-PEX 16 mm pipe is supplied as an option - often in timber floor construction. Our pipes have an oxygen barrier and a 10 year warranty insurance backed that covers consequential damage to the fabric of the building, for your peace of mind.

New Opportunities for Builders and Installers!Builders and installers - add value and desirability to your developments with space saving and low maintenance UFH.It is as simple as a, b, c ...a- The complete package includes large format, coloured pipe layout CAD drawings and instructions. b- A choice of ready assembled manifolds with pump and mixer, or unassembled manifolds for the larger projects.c- One manifold per floor is normally required and no joints in the pipe any where other than at the manifold.d- A choice of pipe fixings, meet the needs of any installation. The new soft PEXc heating pipe is easily pushed in the Pexatherm profiled boards or stapled to the Multiboard insulation panels marked with a grid, or clipped to the rails, or the plates supplied. No need for awkward wire mesh.e- Digital controller included for each floor. Individual thermostat and wiring centre options.f- Primary PEX pipe connection, laid in the floor insulation connects the boiler to UFH manifold is available too.

EXPERIENCE THE BENEFITS OF UNDERFLOOR HEATING

Versatile SystemsThe Pexatherm system, with its oxygen barrier PEX pipes, can be connected directly to the boiler without the risk of corrosion or sludging of pumps, boiler and mixers. Thus expensive and complicated heat exchangers such as thermal stores and their associated pipework are avoided.Pexatherm systems can therefore be used together with other 'wet' systems in other parts of the existing buildings or in renovations. IPPEC has many years' experience in the design of mixed heating systems of, say, Pexatherm underfloor heating on ground floor and Pexapipe radiator or towel rail systems on first floor. Ask for our leaflets on mixed systems and on Pexapipe radiators connection systems.
