STORAGE:In a dry ,clean & covered container. Well ventilated area. Away from access moisture. Must not be kept near any strong smelling foods.
HOW TO MAKE TEA:Heat the pot before putting in the dry tea so that maximum heat can be obtained from the boiling water. Measure the dry tea and freshly drawn cold water. Use freshly boiled water. Make sure the water is boiling on entering the pot. Allow it to brew for 3-9 mins to obtain maximum strength from the brew. Remove the tea leaves at the end of this period. Ensure all equipment used in compulsorily clean.

REASON WHY BAD COFFEE IS PRODUCED:WEAK COFFEE:Water has not reached its boiling point. Insufficient coffee. Infusion time too short. Stale or old coffee used. Incorrect grind of coffee.
FLAT COFFEE: All point for weak coffee. Coffee left in burn too long before use or kept at wrong temperature. Dirty equipment. Water not fresh or boiled too long. coffee reheated. BITTER COFFEE: Too much coffee used . Infusion time too long. Coffee not roasted correctly. Sediment remaining in storage or serving compartment.
