The barn at Ridges will offer indoor and pasture boarding for horses owned by residents, as well as horses

for trail ride rentals and lessons. Figure 4 shows the proposed barn interior. The interior will include tack

room, office, hay storage, feed room, and bays for grooming.

The barn will open into a closed glass lobby for safe guest waiting and viewing of lessons. Moving into the

barn, the number of stalls has not yet been determined; however, each stall will include automatic waterers

for boarding, and owners will have access to bays for grooming. From the barn, take a short walk around the

back to the covered arena complete with bleachers and concession stand for equestrian events such as

hunter/jumper, dressage, and gaited horse events. Figure 5 shows the proposed barn exterior, while Figure 6

shows the covered arena with bleachers.
