The barn at Ridges will offer indoor and pasture boarding for horses owned by residents, as well as horses

for trail ride rentals and lessons. Figure 4 shows the proposed barn interior. The interior will include tack

room, office, hay storage, feed room, and bays for grooming.

The barn will open into a closed glass lobby for safe guest waiting and viewing of lessons. Moving into the

barn, the number of stalls has not yet been determined; however, each stall will include automatic waterers

for boarding, and owners will have access to bays for grooming. From the barn, take a short walk around the

back to the covered arena complete with bleachers and concession stand for equestrian events such as

hunter/jumper, dressage, and gaited horse events. Figure 5 shows the proposed barn exterior, while Figure 6

shows the covered arena with bleachers.

At the main entrance of Ridges, take a stroll through the village, catch a movie or concert on the greens, or play lawn games with friends and family.... CONFERENCE CENTER & LODGING

The conference center displayed in Figure 14 is perfect for leadership development, team building, seminars,

youth camps and retreats, and conferences that are less formal than those held in the banquet hall. The

center will be complete with main meeting room accommodating 250 guests, rooms for breakout sessions,

dining hall, and an abundance of outdoor activities including the ropes course featured in Figure 15. The

conference center will offer a full kitchen, tables, and seating for all events.

Nightly cabin rentals will be offered in close proximity to the conference center, providing yet another unique

experience for visitors. Figure 16 displays the proposed style for nightly rental cabins, while Figure 17 shows an

example of cottage placement. These rentals will be perfect for guests attending the variety of events

offered at the conference center, as well as those attending events at the wedding venue and banquet hall.

portion of Ridges.
