Partition system according to standard DIN 4103 and DIN 18183:Non-load bearing partition systems as single stud partition, either single or double layer of board on both sides.

Technical data and system code:Profiles with a nominal material thickness of 0.6 mm.(Boarding with plasterboards).

Installation instructions:• At the wall connection and at 90° corners use the standard MAXI-CW studs.

• Clip the cable protection sleeves 4 (pieces per stud) into the service cutouts of the stud during the mounting of the insulating material.

• Adapt the insulating material to the shape of the sound insulation stud.

• Ensure tight connections to adjacent building components.

• For cutting the profiles a special MAXI-SCW-profile cutter no. 6424 has been developped.

• Boarding and joint filling according to the instructions of the board manufacturers.

• For door openings use reinforcing studs.

• Not suitable for partitions in sanitary rooms with sanitary equipment.

Technical informations for systems with Fermacell-boards on request.
