Al-thani Family

Qatar's Al-Thani family control since the nineteenth century has been the family took its name

from the dean Thani Bin Mohammed Moudadi father of Mohammed bin Thani Moudadi,

who was the first Prince of actual authority in the peninsula during the mid-nineteenth century.

The origins of Al-Thani clan Maadheed that belong to the tribe of Bani Tamim.

Souq Waqif in Qatar

At any time of day, Souq Waqif is always bustling with people walking around the

alleys window-shopping or enjoying their shisha with friends and family at restaurants.
