Requirements for co-operation

Partnership

The minimum partnership consists of two partners (mini-mum one partner from each Member States involved in the Programme)The partnership is based on the Lead Beneficiary principleProgramme excludes sub-partners or partners with an „obse-rver” statusOrganisations not eligible for the ERDF funding can participa-te in the Programme as additional participants with their own resources but cannot claim the refund from the ERDF 10% of the ERDF budget may be applied to costs related to Programme activities carried out outside the European Union, in case they are for the benefit of the regions of the CommunityCooperation with partners from Kaliningrad region is enco-uraged.
