STEP ONE: Choose a Theme

STEP TWO: Brainstorm Topics
Think of various life experiences that fit within this theme. Don’t limit yourself—write down all your ideas! You can always cross them out or erase them, but give yourself a healthy list of options.

Recall your story and outline your speech. Use a working outline but make sure to address the following components of the outline:
