ORDERFill out our order form on our website. Once your form is received, well send you an email conrmation with some next steps.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU AS A COUPLEBy phone, Skype, email, or in person, well hang out with you as a couple and get to know you. In this consultation, wed like to know

more about your big day and the details on what stationery pieces youre looking for. Since its our goal to create the perfect invitation

suite, the more details you can provide, the better. Have a mood board? Have some photos that inspire you? Have a bunch of bookmarkedpages in magazines? Have a funny, sentimental, or sweet story that best denes you as a couple? Share it all with us together so we can

create a suite thats as unique as you are.

CONTRACT & DEPOSITAfter our free consultation, well need 5 business days (1 week) to draw up a contract and estimate based on your design, materials, and

printing process. Once you receive this contract, review it carefully and get in touch if there are any changes. Before we can start the

design process, well need your signed contract and a 50% deposit.

DESIGN PROCESSWithin 3-5 weeks, youll be presented with 2-3 design options. Well outline colors, materials, and printing processes that will be used in

each design. Its our goal to work along side you to incorporate any changes and revisions you may have into a nal version. Four revision

rounds are included with your order; additional revisions are $65 per proof.

FINAL PROOF & APPROVALWhen youre happy with your design proof (whether its the second draft or the fourth), well put together nal proof for your approval.

Here, its up to you to carefully review and make sure that every last detail is perfect (layout, spelling, materials, date, etc.). Once you

approve this nal proof, we cant be responsible for any errors and future changes, so its really important you proofread carefully. We

will need your signature(s) of approval on the nal proof and your remaining balance paid in full before we can print your beautiful

pieces!

PRINTING, PRODUCTION & SHIPPINGOnce everything is signed and paid for, well schedule your press date and start the printing process. Depending on the complexity of

your project, printing for our custom designs can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks and production 1-2 weeks. Our standard method of

shipping is with the UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email conrmation with your UPS tracking number.

If youre local to Lynchburg and Central Virginia, youre welcome to pick up your own order in person. We love visitors!

Please note that any international clients are responsible for customs, import duties, and/or VAT taxes. Dont forget to check with yourlocal customs ofce about your landing costs and rules and regulations.

CUSTOM DESIGN & PRINTING

PRICING and INFORMATION GUIDE

All wedding suite pieces are completely custom-designed & hand-crafted

by me for your amazing, super awesome & unique day. When preparing

to begin the process, its my pleasure to meet with you, the couple, and

nd out as much about you as possible. Any inspiration you have already

gathered for your wedding will be helpful if passed onto me so that I

can come up with the best invitation suite to suit your theme and your

personalities.

HOW MUCH DOES CUSTOM DESIGN COST?Since all the work we produce is from scratch and the needs of each client

and design are always going to be beautiful and different, its difcultto set a xed price for this service. If youre willing to provide us with

your wedding budget, wed happily work with you to gure out the best

design package that ts with your needs. Its your big day, after all.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?Once you accept the terms in your contract and estimate, we require a

50% non-refundable deposit. When you send your nal approved proof,

we require the remaining balance before we can begin the printing

process.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?We accept payments through PayPal, money orders, and personal checks.

If we meet in person, we can also accept all major credit card payments

through Square.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY?If you decide to cancel your order before your nal proof approval, we

retain only your initial 50% deposit. If you decide to cancel your order

after your nal proof approval, we retain the right to keep the full amount.

Because of the customized nature of your product, we cannot accept any

returns. If any errors are discovered after your nal approval and we

have gone to print, we are required to charge for a reprint (if requested).

BUDGETFlat printed invitations are great quality and a great value. All flat printed

materials are offered on the same 100% cotton paper that we letterpress

print on.

If you have your heart set on letterpress and are trying to make it t your

budget, consider one of our letterpress packages which bundle together

flat printed pieces for great value. Also consider letterpress printing

for just your main pieces such as your invitations and RSVPs and flat

printing for your other pieces such as place cards, menus, programs, etc.

You can also consider just having us letterpress print your invitations

and RSVPs and then purchase the high-resolution PDF for all your other

pieces and print them yourself.

Consider unprinted envelopes instead of printed. White or colored

envelopes are just 25 cents each.

Consider foregoing some of the extra details such as envelope liners orplace cards.

WORDING & TEXTThe internet is full of a dizzying array of examples of wording from formal

and traditional to fun and casual for you to reference as you create your

invitations! If youd still like help or just want some sense of direction,

dont hesitate to drop us a line.

Due to differences between computers and web browsers, some text and

fonts may not appear perfect in the customizer preview. (Please dont

worry, your invitations will not be printed until they look perfect and

you approve them.) We will always review your order for proper design,

spacing and layout. We will always email you nal PDF proofs for your

approval before printing.

COLORSPlease note that letterpress and digital printing are very different

printing methods; colors will appear different when flat printed or

letterpress printed. Letterpress ink is slightly transparent, and so

we tend to prefer to to print on light paper with darker colors. Large

areas of color are possible with letterpress printing, but may not be as

consistent as a digital printer because of the nature of inking the plate

and pressing it into paper. Please also note that colors can and will vary

slightly between different press runs (within the same print method), we

recommend ordering all of your customized pieces together (invitations,

menu, thank you, etc.) whenever possible.

ENVELOPESColored envelopes and/or liners can be a great way to introduce color to

your invitation suite.Outer/inner envelopes are available either printed

or unprinted. Pricing is the same as standard envelope sizes. Please note

that outer envelopes are available only in white.

Again, please note that letterpress and digital printing are very different

printing methods; colors will appear different when flat printed or

letterpress printed.

PROGRAM COVERSWe will happily print program covers that you can use to create your

own programs. You can print your program text onto a sheet (or sheets)

of text-weight paper which can be folded and inserted into the program

cover. The text pages can be attached to the cover any number of ways

depending on individual preference and the number of pages: with a few

dots of glue at the crease for a single page, it can be stapled saddle-stitch

style, hole punched and tied through with a ribbon, or simply tied around

the spine of both the cover and inside pages.
