Choice of one main dish, two side items,

bread, dessert & beverage included.

Carryout orders are allowed 15 minutes

Requirements for exercise class programs *Registered participant at the senior center

*All forms included in exercise packet completed, turned in and approved.

*Only 1 (one) county paid instructor class per person. County paid instructor classes are:

Advanced Exercise, Intermediate Exercise, Beginner Exercise,

Joint Maintenance, Balance Class

Costs for County paid instructor classes $25 for initial fitness assessment to determine class placement – paid to instructor.

$24 annual fee for classes held 3 days per week

$16 annual fee for classes held 2 days per week

Fitness Equipment Room Requirements Our fitness room has treadmills and recumbent bikes.

Before using exercise equipment, you must complete orientation with

Health and Wellness staff on safe exercise equipment use. A signed exercise

equipment waiver is required. There is a $10.00 annual fee for equipment use.
