WANT TO LEARN SOME NEW SWIMMING SKILLS?Sign up for ourCCCCHHHHRRRRIIIISSSSTTTTMMMMAAAASSSS RRRROOOOOOOOKKKKIIIIEEEE CCCCAAAAMMMMPPPPto get an opportunity to try out the Red Deer Catalina Swim Club.Rookie Camp will be held December 28, 29 & 304-5 p.m. at Michener Pool Cost $45.00

CATALINA OFFERS A PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM as an instructional introduction to the strokes and skills of competitive swimming. We offer a 10 week session with three one-hour instructed classes per week.Each class embodies 55 minutes of water competitive skill acquisition along with 5 minutes introduction to stretching and dryland activities.

Swimmers must be capable of swimming at least 25 meters on their front or back unassisted without stopping. Each swimmer must attend Rookie Camp or be evaluated before registering.
