John Harding has been a journalist for more than 25 years, working his way up to the managing editor position of daily newspapers in a number of Canadian cities. John has been the editor of The Parksville Qualicum Beach News since September of 2012. "I'm honoured to be part of this Day in the Life project," said Harding, "Because, truth be told, as a photographer, I'm a heck of a writer."
Peter McCully has been a broadcaster and publisher on both coasts and has owned a newspaper and run a small advertising agency along the way. He trained as a TV cameraman at 16.
