SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MICHAEL C. LESCANO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, with postal address at San Roque, Castilla, Sorsogon, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, MARIBEL T.LLARENA, Filipino, of legal age, married, with address at San Roque, Catilla, Sorsogon to be my true lawful attorney-in-fact; for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers to wit:

1. To process the payment of capital gains tax and documentary stamp tax;

2. To pay the said taxes in my behalf;

3. To get receipts conformably with such payments;

4. To pay all necessary expenses which may be incurred thereby;

5. To sign any and all document relating to the said powers herein above given;

6. To take, do all such further actions and deeds as maybe necessary to accomplish the foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do and perform and every act and thing whatsoever requisite necessary and proper to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present.
