The DAC/DEC did a skit to represent the ending of Patricia's Riverboat year and the beginning of Judy' Key to Service year, with a major project from each Region being highlighted. They were dressed as sailors and were paddling into the new Pilot year,

with Judy pulling a large key out of her bag at the end of the skit.
