Founded in 1967 as a manufacturer ofrubber parts for the waterworks industry,we are a primary supplier to ductile ironpipe, valve and hydrant producers. Wealso offer specialty mechanical moldedgoods for industrial applications across multiple manufacturing sectors.

Weare custom molders of high quality, closetolerance, engineered rubber products.We have technology, equipment and experience in producing large parts thatother molders avoid. Polymers includeSBR, natural rubber, nitrile, EPDM, neoprene, silicone and fluoro elastomer.We welcome the opportunity to recom-mend or to assist in formulating a compound to meet your specific requirement. Our manufacturing facilityis located in Alabaster, Alabama, USA.

Compounds are tested to meet the requirements of industry standards andcustomer specifications. Constant qualitychecks are performed by experienced techni cians using ASTM test methods for rubber and rubber products. We have afull time on-site rubber chemist, and this allows for quick development of new compounds. Constant research with thelatest elastomers and evaluation of thenewest processing chemicals are carriedon in a continuing program.

All rubber parts can be furnished withcertifications, test reports, or test specimens as required.

Injection MoldingState-of-the-art injection molding presses with shot capacity of up to15 pounds.

Compression and Transfer MoldingCompression and transfer molding is done in one of our many hydraulically operated multi-opening presses. These presses aresteam heated and temperature controlled. With platen sizes rangingfrom 24x24 inch to 84x84 inch, we offer a wider range of part sizesthan most other rubber molders. In some cases we can offer partsconsisting of dual hardnesses. A reliable plant infrastructure ensurestimely completion of orders.

Support FunctionsModern controlled extruders with in-line cutting capabilities.

Inspection and FinishingIf required, finished parts are individually inspected and trimmed inour inspection department. Special markings can be applied herealso. Parts can be furnished in bulk or individual packaging.

ShippingOur large warehouse allows us to stock agreed upon inventory levelsfor prompt shipment. Using all major ground and air carriers we canexpedite delivery, whether a single package or a truckload. We canalso custom package product for domestic or international shipment.
