purposes of identification18. sole proprietorship - a business owned and managed by just one person

who furnishes all the money and gets all the profits or suffers all the losses

19. partnership - a business started by two or more persons in which each agrees to furnish a part of the money and each shares the profits and losses

20. corporation - a business that collects money from a large group of people called investors, each investor shares in the profits and losses according to how much money they put into the business
