Seraphine and Dovolis have been very active the Twin Cities development market and have a proven track record together. Seraphine and Lori Boisclair, of Boisclair Corp, have recently partnered on a number of development projects including a mixed use project at 7200 France Ave S in Edina, a mixeduse project in the Phalen Village neighborhood of St Paul, and multiple retail projects in Chanhassen and Edina. Dovolis’ DJR Architecture is the architect of record for many of the partner’s projects, as well as NHH’s core Minneapolis portfolio. Northco has a history of development projects going back to the 70’s. Jermusek says, “We are extremely excited about our partnership with Adam and Dean. Adam and I have been friends for a number of years and have talked about partnering up, but never pulled the trigger. Both of our groups have been extremely busy and believe this collaboration provides synergy for our practice teams.” Seraphine will remain a principal with NHH Properties and continue to seek investments for the NHH Properties portfolio as well as seek additional investment opportunities for Northco Investments. Dovolis will remain a principal with DJR Architecture, but perform development services through SVN | Northco.
