The DISPOCAP KIT contains all the necessary components to record an EEG: 1 DISPOCAP 1 syringe 1 50gr bottle of Neurgel 1 spare electrodes 2 bluntled needles

A new concept in EEG recording: The DISPOCAP.The Dispocap is a disposable cap with incorporated electrodes. The cap is knitted with a special elastic fabric in an ergonomic sheet to fi t a wide range of head shape and size. The net is attached to a soft elastic with a silicon band fi xed inside to guarantee the cap remains fi xed in place during the recording. The elec-trodes are made of two parts, which are screwed to-gether one, each side of the net. The position of the electrodes be changed if necessary. As shown the col-oured wiring is placed on the outside of the cap.The DISPOCAP is available in adult sizes: SMALL, ME-DIUM, LARGE and infant MEDIUM and SMALL sizes and is designed to fi t a wide range of head shape. The DISPOCAP is made up of 20 tin electrodes + 1 spare electrode to be used as REF

FOR SINGLE USE ONLY. Can be used in ICU and emer-gency infective to avoid any cross contamination.

NETCAP

The special electrodes support cap.To record an EEG with cup electrodes is necessary to fi x the electrodes to the scalp with collodion or adhesive and conductive cream. Collodion is ether based and needs acetone to clean out from the scalp. The use of both substances are risky for the patient and the operator.

To avoid the collodion and make the adhesive and conductive cream more stable a great help is offered by the NETCAP: a special knitted net very elastic and self adherent to the scalp.

Why new?Because the electrodes are not inserted in a plastic holder, but the disc and the wire are moulded together and become a sole body with a central hole to inject the conductive gel .

SOFTCAP

SOFTCAP The alternative to the conventional cap with incorporated electrodes.

The innovative system consists of : a cap made with a very fl exible fabric to fi t a wide range of different head shapes. the electrodes holder incorporated in the cap are made of SOFT SILICON the cap can contain soft electrode holders fi xed on the net the recording electrodes are in Tin, AgAgCl or Sintered to mini-mize DC offset sintered electrodes dont need to be chloride, the surface can be renewed by grinding wiring is outside of the cap the electrodes are moulded with the cable to avoid the risk of oxidation the recording electrode-cable is inserted in the silicon elec-trode holder fi xed on the cap the cap can be fastened under the chin or to a chest belt Caps can be provided or preconfi gured in different versions Autoclavable version is available on request To save time, the electrode holder can be fi lled with gel during the preparation no special emergency electrode required available on request with different type of connectors

EEG Bridge electrodes for EEG recording

A large selection of bridge electrodes for adult and infant in AgAgCl, gold-plated silver and sintered AgAgCl is available. The electrodes are not moulded in the house, but made as a screw which offers the possibility to be cleaned, to be change, and to regulate the distance to the scalp; in this way a good electrode contact to the head surface is guaranteed.

EEG SPESFIT: the PATENTED Touch Proof connector.

The picture below illustrates the special features of the 1,5mm (DIN 42802) socket used in our (PATENTED)

Touch Proof connector.

The differences between the other T.P. connectors available on the market and ours are as follows:

Other connectors have a 1,5 mm metallic socket which is covered with plastic. This metallic socket is not

strong enough to guarantee an optimal grip into the 1,5 mm pin located in the head-box so the friction between

the plastic and head-box guarantee that the lead wire does not come out so easily, but normally there are

many differences in the dimension of the pin and the standard TP doesnt always fi t correctly, either it is too

loose or too tight.

Casted disc electrodes

Casted electrodes are made using a special technique, which gives the electrodes thickness and doesnt cause the electrode to bend. A hole in the shaft allows the inserted wire to be crimped or soldered. A heat shrinking tube covers the shaft and the wire. This ensures when cleaning the electrode, no water or gel will come into contact with the cable, which avoids corrosion.

Why sintered? The AgAgCL silver coated disc electrodes made of stamped metal tend to loose their AgAgCI surface during recording and cleaning. These sintered electrodes are made from fi ne silver and AgAgCI mixed powder, which is compressed using a special technique without the use of fi llers or binders. Spes sintered electrodes are made using the best quality sintered disc encased in a colodion and acetone resistant case. Contact between the electrode and the skin is obtained through the conductive gel only, the contact is more stable this way as the gel works as a shock absorber. The electrode surface is a few mm from its base. These technical and electrical features result in a very high quality electrode that provides very clear transmission on even the smallest biopotential surface.

Contact between the electrode and the skin is obtained through the conductive gel only, the contact is more stable this way as the gel works as a shock absorber.
