SPIGF-2016 FOR THE SECOND TIME HOSTS THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CONGRESS-BACKED EVENT “YOUTH DAY: DIALOGUE OF GENERATIONS”.

This time, students from 15 Russian and 23 foreign higher education institutions not only had a unique opportunity to discuss a wide range of issues with the top executives of global energy companies concerning career opportunities and future development of the industry and had a competition finding a solution and making a presentation for an industry-related case, but could also take part in four interactive sections focusing on various issues: from technological development and innovation in the energy sector, assessment of risks for the international launch of an NGV transport project to offshore LNG business strategies.

Youth Day is a social project allowing students to become aware of their importance and value for the future of the power industry and to be highly motivated by having discussion with leading representatives of the industry and with each other at a professional venue, as well as to feel the positive vibe of the Gas Forum.

THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION “INGAS STREAM – INNOVATIONS IN THE GAS INDUSTRY” IS ONE OF THE LEADING EVENTS WHERE THE MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR THE GAS SECTOR ARE PRESENTED.

This year the exhibition united over 250 leading companies, including developers of innovative products and technologies, design and research institutions taking part in development of the state and regional programs for gasification, energy saving, development of small fields and exploration of new raw hydrocarbons sources.

ROS-GAS-EXPO 2016ROS-GAS-EXPO – ONE OF THE LEADING TRADE FAIRS DEVOTED TO DEMONSTRATION OF ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE SPHERE OF CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND RECONSTRUCTION OF GAS PIPELINE SYSTEM AND GAS CONSUMPTION – MARKED ITS 20TH ANNIVERSARY IN 2016.

Over 300 top ranked companies from 16 countries displayed the ready solutions, cutting-edge technologies and equipment in the latest event.

The distinctive feature of ROS-GAS-EXPO 2016 – a significant growth of Russian companies number among exhibitors.

7 200 professionals (over 80% – top-managers of the field enterprises) have visited the trade fair within a period of four days work.

THE EXHIBITION WAS PARTICIPATED BY THE LEADING RUSSIAN AND INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES OF THE SECTOR WHICH PRESENTED ALMOST EVERY AREA OF FOCUS ASSOCIATED WITH DEVELOPMENT OF THE GAS ENGINE INFRASTRUCTURE.

The special exhibition was established in a partnership with Gazprom Gas-Engine Fuel. It that was participated by manufacturers of machines and equipment related to natural gas as engine fuel, including Kirovsky Zavod Gas Technologies LLC, Barrens JSC, MobiGas, Avtovaz JSC, Rotor Engineering Group.

Partners of the Forum – representatives of NGV Italy Association – shared their international experience on use of natural gas and creation of conditions for the gas engine fuel market expansion.

The most advanced innovations and achievements within the sector were demonstrated by the Korean participants, KANGV (Korean Association for Natural Gas Vehicles) and the leading companies of the Korean Republic – ILJIN Composites, TK-FUJIKIN, HAMI TECH, KNMT.

“It wasn’t the first time that I participated in SPIGF. Let me say, that organization standards and standards of the Forum itself and of the associated exhibition become higher every year. This year about 36 countries were presented, over 4 thousand participants. Almost every leader of the global gas industry attended the event. Moreover, the event was participated by representatives of Russian engineering and scientific companies that work for the gas industry. We have a lot to be proud of some 30 years ago we constructed gas pipelines under ‘gas for pipes’ terms, but today 100% of products supplied to this industry are made locally.The program of the Forum was rather varied and reflected the most urgent matters of the industry. For instance, I’ve participated in the meeting of the corporate team for import substitution in the Fuel and Energy Complex, which was also attended by Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, where they’ve summarized the results and discussed further development, because every year these programs will keep extending. I’ve also moderated the round-table discussion about the local gas market development, established by the Russian Gas Society. This subject has been given much attention recently both at the expert community and the state level. The State Concept of the gas local market hasn’t been officially approved yet, and the industrial community still can affect its contents. The comprehensive discussion that took place during the Forum was one more step towards compilation of this most important industrial document. Besides, success of any similar event largely depends on the opportunities provided in regard to sharing of information and new contacts. The Forum attended with so many and so different top-level participants is a great platform in that regard.”
