ABOUT THE ORGANIZERAlison Lawrence Daley has over ten years of recruiting experience, from startups to Fortune 500s to both boutique and international recruiting agencies. She understands the pace, constraints and challenges recruiters face, especially in the intensely competitive world of technical recruiting. Having spent the past year as a UX Researcher, she is now applying UX research methods to the recruiting process.
