Fill Out and Return a Declaration and Confidentiality Agreement

Acting as an agent of your company, fill out the attached DKWSU Declaration and Confidentiality Agreement. This form expresses your agreement to become a DKWSU Sponsor and indicates the Level of product placement references you would like in the DKWSU manual. Upon signing, you will also be agreeing to keep the content of the DKWSU manual draft you receive for proofing and approval of your product placement references confidential, once the design is underway. You will receive your proof within 3 weeks.

(Ask us to quote our additional creative services if you need assistance creating models). DKWSU will provide two rounds of proofs at no additional charge. Give us your approval for publication by signing the Approval Form provided with your proof. Once we have your final approval, we will proceed with publishing the manual.

The Designing Kitchens with Google SketchUp manual will be available in paperback and Kindle through Amazon, and as a PDF through PayPal and Nextcad. Paperback sample copies can be purchased from DKWSU at cost upon request.

The cost of the sponsorship is billed and remitted monthly, only after books are sold to purchasers. This is an advertising investment with amazing potential and virtually no risk!

Amazon and PayPal generate monthly sales reports through their distribution channels. Each month during your Sponsorship with DKWSU you will receive a copy of the DKWSU sales report containing your products, along with an invoice. If You Would like to Cancel a Sponsorship A Sponsorship agreement with DKWSU lasts for a term of one year and can be cancelled upon written request with a 90-day advanced notice.
