MONDAY

Cardio KickboxingA high-energy mixture of kicks, punches, and sports conditioning drills. Work every muscle from head to toe in this fun, empowering class!

AquarobicsJump right in! Work on your balance, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning with this low-impact workout without stressing your joints and bones. Splashing is encouraged. *Class will take place in the outdoor pool March 17-May 5; weather permitting.

TRX ExpressThis 30-minute total-body strength and conditioning class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer which is a training tool that uses the leverage of gravity and your body weight to help you develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. This class is limited to 15 participants, so be sure to arrive early. First come, first serve. (While we welcome all individuals to all of our classes, if you have a severe injury or ailment and want to try TRX, please visit our business center to speak with a personal trainer prior to participating).

Cycle ExpressGet ready for the ride of your life! This class will get your heart rate up as you progress through hills, sprints, hovers and other various spinning exercises.

Cyked Up CycleThe name says it all! A challenging cardio interval class on the bike fused with core toning moves to strengthen your core.

Hip HopGet fit and learn fun choreography in this hi-energy dance class. No prior dance experience necessary.

Zumba Ditch the workout, join the party! Shake your booty to a blend of Latin and international beats in this incredibly fun fitness-based dance class. No dance experience needed.

Gentle YogaThis calming yoga class focuses on stretching and lengthening the body with a soothing relaxation to conclude the session.

Vinyasa YogaThis class can be as challenging or relaxing as you want it to be. Whether you are on a pursuit for a physically toned, strong, or flexible body or on a journey for a calm and relaxed mind, this class is for you. No experience necessary.

Total Body SculptTone and sculpt your body in this class by focusing on targeted muscle groups through hi-repetition, low-resistance strengthening exercises. We incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars, and other fun fitness accessories that you help you achieve your fitness goals.

Step ExpressIn this 30-minute class you will use the Step to experience a calorie-torching workout through creative choreography, great music, and high energy routines. Come ready to sweat! Please arrive early so you don’t miss out on any of the fun and helpful demonstrations of the choreography.

PilatesThis format focuses on strength and flexibility for the entire body, most specifically, deep stabilizing, core muscles.

No previous skill required! No admittance 7 minutes after class has started. All participants must sign in to participate in fitness classes. Classes are subject to change or cancel due to low participation.
