12/12-1/20 6th Annual Armstrong 2-D National ExhibitionCelebrating its 6th year, this gallery features juried selections of two-dimensional artwork submitted by professional artists throughout the nation. Gallery Reception: Jan. 18, 12:15 p.m. - Free1/19 | 7:30 p.m. Piano in the Arts: Classical, Traditional, Original Fine Arts AuditoriumThis concert will feature a collection of vocal pieces in addition to solo piano works ranging from classical composers to traditional Hebrew melodies and original compositions by Benjamin Warsaw. Gallery Reception: Mar. 5, 2 p.m. 2/21 | 7:30 p.m. Chamber Concert Fine Arts AuditoriumAn evening of small ensembles featuring Armstrong students. The proceeds will benefit future scholarships.General Seating: $6

2/23 | 7:30 p.m. Piano in the Arts: Beyond the Piano Fine Arts Auditorium Pianist/song-writer Evelyn Davis shares an intimate evening of songs with improvisation, joined by compatriot Amma Ateria on hardware electronics. Detroit native and universal wanderer Evelyn Davis is an inside/prepared/new music pianist, improvisor, pipe organist, composer, vocalist, synthesist, teacher, songstress, and maker of unconventionally shaped musics with an occasional side of performance art. 2/16 - 2/18 | 7:30 p.m. 2/19 | 3 p.m. Baby The Musical Jenkins TheaterBaby, the musical from acclaimed duo, Richard Maltby, Jr., and David Shire, examines how parents-to-be experience the emotional stresses and triumphs, as well as the desperate lows and the comic highs that accompany the anticipation and arrival of a baby.Assigned Seating: $15 discounts available

3/7 | 7:30 p.m. Savannah Winds Spring Concert Fine Arts AuditoriumThe Savannah Winds, community wind symphony in residence at Armstrong, performs its Spring Concert as the second concert in its subscription series. General Seating: $15 discounts available

3/2-3/4 | 7:30 p.m. 3/5 | 3 p.m. Parallel Lives Jenkins Black BoxThis play by Kathy Najimy and Mo Gaffney whisks audiences through the outrageous universe where two actresses play men and women struggling through the common rituals of modern life: teenagers on a date, sisters at their grandmother’s funeral, a man and a woman together in a country-western bar.
