Northern Star has released a new mortgage program. The Community Partners Program is a home buyer assistance program aimed at helping those in the fields of Law Enforcement, Education, Firefighting, Early Response and Healthcare.

Benefits of Program? Qualifying individuals will receive a subsidy of $7,500 to be applied towards down-payment, closing cost, and principle reduction assistance for first-time or non-first-time home
