SPRING RECREATIONAL SOCCER

EARLY TRYOUTS—MARCH 11TH!

Minors, Majors, & Ponies—Advanced program for competitive

baseball players ages 9 to 14 years old (as of May 1, 2018). Teams

are organized using a tryout and draft process. All new and returning

players MUST be pre-registered and tryout. Pre-registration fee

due by Feb 28—$10; Mar 1-Mar 11—$15

Tryout Early this Year!!—Tryouts will be held on Sunday,

March 11, 2018 at Waubonsie Valley High School Fieldhouse, 2590

Ogden Avenue, Aurora, IL 60504.

SUMMER RECREATIONAL BASEBALL

Early Bird Discount through March 15!

The Recreational T-Ball & Baseball program is for youth currently in

Kindergarten (or K in Fall 2018) through 8th grade. The 12-game

season (2 games/week) starts after Memorial Day and ends mid-July.

Games are played weekday evenings and Saturdays on local fields. T-

Ball is traditionally played Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15p; K &

1st Grade Rookies on Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday at 6:15p.

Games for 2nd - 8th grade teams will vary based on team schedule (One

Saturday & one weeknight game). Coaches will schedule a weekly prac-

tice. Practices start in mid-May. An All-Star Game Day is included for

2nd grade & up.

Spring Dates: Saturdays, April 14—May 19, 2018

Fee: $95

Spring Outdoor Soccer + for 1st-8th grade—All skill levels are

invited to participate. There is a boys league and a girls league. A

6-game season plays on Saturdays with one practice per week

scheduled by the coach. This program includes 4 team tech-

nical/tactical training sessions with a professional trainer. The

optional sessions will be EITHER Tuesdays or Thursdays. Teams

are coached by parent volunteers.

Kindergarten Soccer for 5-6 yr olds— This 6-week beginning

level program incorporates a skills clinic AND small sided game

each week. The program is scheduled on Saturday late mornings/

early afternoons at Gentile field. Coaches work with WAA profes-

sional trainers each Saturday. Volunteer coaches needed!

Feet First Preschool Soccer— For preschoolers ages 18 mo—5

yrs old. Meet Saturday mornings in our state of the art WAA Sports

Center. Winter/Spring session runs March 9—May 12, 2018.

pre-K-K should register for T-ball.

SPRING INDOOR TOUCH FOOTBALL

Fee: $90 per player through March 18th.

$100 on/after March 19th

Game Dates: Tuesday, April 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 2018.

April 16th will be orientation and practice—TBD

Coaches can practice outdoors on their own, as need-

ed.

Game Times: 3rd/4th grade will start at 4:45 &

5:35p; 5th/6th grade will start at 6:25 & 7:15p

Location: WAA Sports Center, 2323 Liberty St., Au-

rora 60502

Grades: 2 Divisions with 4 teams per division: 3rd-4th

Grade & 5th-6th Grade. Coed. 7 vs. 7, field size and

rules will be modified.

Rosters: 7-10 players per team. Bring in your own

team with a parent volunteer as head coach.

Equipment needed: Uniform t-shirt provided. Athletic

clothing and indoor shoes.
