Operating sites
We consider an entity as a operating site if :- They have the same management system as the
mother company.- The follow-up of the management system is
performed centrally (internal audits, management review, goals, improvement plan, … ).
- HR and training is managed centrally- Selection and evaluation of subcontractors are
done centrally .- Purchase of equipment is done centrally.

Combined assessments
15
A « zero » on a question at an operating site can influence the outcome of the total company
assessment.

Intermediate assessments
- The upload of improvement plans and adding comments to each individual question will still be possible.
- A company can ask for an intermediate assessment (or validation of improvements by same assessor) within the validity period of the original assessment (three years).
- This assessment is done by the same assessor as the original assessment.

Intermediate assessments
- The pre-notification and assessment process is the same as for a full assessment. (with adapted documents).
- The assessed company decides what chapters of the questionnaire will be re-assessed. But the original report can be used as a « starting document ».
- The time used for this interdmediate assessment depends upon the chapters to be re-assessed.
