    AcknowledgementsThe family gratefully acknowledges with sincere and deep appreciation for

    the many comforting expressions of sympathy through prayers, cards,

    flowers and other acts of kindness shown in our hours of bereavement

    evidenced in thought and deed.

    Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair;

    Perhaps you sent a flora; piece, if so, we saw it there.

    Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, that any friend could say.

    Perhaps you were not there at all; just thought of us that day.

    Whatever you did io console our hearts,

    we thank you so much, whatever the part.

    Special ThanksTo the nurses of 5 South at the Medical College of Georgia

    nurses and staff at the MCG Cancer Clinic

    and to Heartland Hospice Caregivers for the care of our loved one.
