Client’s Responsibility in

this Contract

The Client shall be responsible for acquiring and

providing legal and physical possession of the Site

and access

The Client shall acquire and pay for all permits,

approvals and licenses from all local, state or national

government authorities

The Client shall be responsible for the continued

operation of the Facilities after Completion

Accurate &timely payments as per the agreement
