Enthronement of the Two HeartsSt. Gianna Clinic celebrated the Enthronement of the Two Hearts on June 23 in their new Chapel. Those in attendance, along with St. Gianna Clinic and the St. Gianna Molla Guild, consecrated themselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus, thereby allowing great graces to pour forth to the St. Gianna Clinic and all who support the clinic. Special thanks to Mrs. Mary Wirth, volunteer coordinator of St. Pius X Parish and Dr. Karen Konz, St. Gianna Molla Guild for planning and organizing the event.

Relic Sweater of St. Gianna Bequeathed to Dr. GoldsmithDr. Gianna Emanuela Molla, the daughter of the modern-day saint, St. Gianna, met with Dr. Goldsmith in Denver, Co. this past May.

During this special visit, Dr. Gianna bequeathed a letter and a second-class relic, one of her mother’s favorite sweaters, to Dr. Goldsmith. These items are available upon special request to be held and viewed, along with the first- and second-class relics currently on display in our clinic waiting area. Personal family photos of St. Gianna, donated by her daughter, are also on display for our patients and their family members to view and enjoy.

Dr. Robin Goldsmith:

• Attended the Sixth Annual In Mary’s Footsteps Women’s Conference in March. More than 400 people attended, many of who stopped by our booth to learn more about our clinic.

• Was a keynote speaker at the Green Bay Diocesan Council of Catholic Women’s Conference in April. (right)

• Spoke at the Catholics at the Capital Conference in Madison this past April. She shared information about St. Gianna Clinic and how it could provide a model for Catholic-based clinics in the U.S.

• Shared the inspiring story of the St. Gianna Clinic with the Legatus Milwaukee Chapter in Menomonee Falls in June.

• Spoke on the topic of pregnancy resource centers and their value at the Biking for Babies northern route missionary kick-off and gathering at the Champion Shrine in July. (below)

Dr. Charles Cassidy spoke about natural alternatives in women’s health care and the role it plays in the work being done at the St. Gianna Clinic. The event was held at The Waters in Oshkosh in June.

Dr. Scott Stillwell took part in the annual Walk to Mary in May. The 21-mile walk starts at the National Shrine of St. Joseph in De Pere and ends at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in Champion. Dr. Stillwell, along with other HSHS colleagues, served on the medical team for the walk.
