Year 7 Cricket V Preston Manor Well done to the year 7 cricket team who won their first match against a strong Preston Manor team who had already beaten Kingsbury in their opening match. A fantastic bowling performance from Priyatam, Meks and Yash limited Preston Manor to a score of 53 after 15 overs. A man of the match display from Yaseen (25 runs) enabling Alperton to beat their target in 8 overs. KMM

Year 8 Cricket  Our Year 8 students had a very busy schedule this week. On Tuesday they travelled to Wembley Cricket Ground to play Wembley High School. We set a score of 101-4 for Wembley to chase. Thanks to some outstanding bowling from Purvik and Krins we bowled them out for 73.  We then travelled to the McKinsey cup on Wednesday and unfortunately we came second; it was a valiant effort with a stand out performance from Chirag as wicket-keeper. We then travelled to Kingsbury and the boys bowled them out for 35 runs. With some fantastic batting from Purvik we claimed a comfortable victory.
