FUNDING NEWSPAPERS IN YOUR CLASSROOM• SCHOOL FUNDS - Most schools have a budget for purchasing

educational materials, including newspapers. The approval may include a purchase order or requisition from the school secretary, principal or district office.

• INDIVIDUAL PARENTS/SCHOOL FUND-RAISER

• LOCAL BUSINESSES - Many local businesses enjoy supporting the educational efforts that are occurring in schools within their vicinity. All you need to do is ask.

PLANT PRODUCTION TOURSPriority tours, based upon availability, are offered to NIE teachers receiving a minimum of 300 papers during the course of the school year.
