What is Star? A star is a ball of gas in space that is
really hot. The star is a sun, because the sun is a star.
A nebula is a ball of gases and dust that star’s form from.
![Page 3: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/3.jpg)
Star’s lifeThere is a star lifetime, actually. Star’s are born from nebulas. As they get older, they either die or turn into a black hole, or explode, called a supernova.
![Page 4: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
Type’s of Nebulas. There are many types of nebulas. One type of nebula is an Emission Nebula that has many colors and is very hot. A reflection nebula is cold and shines light from other nebulas.
Planetary Nebula’s are old nebulas (Meaning they have been in space for a while.) and they blow of gas.
Dark Nebulas are filled with so much dust the appear to be black or dark.
This Reflection nebula. Planetary Nebula It’s RAINBOWPictureIs of a dark nebula.
![Page 5: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
Fact’s on stars. An exploding star is called a supernova? That your horoscope is often named after a
constellation. A constellation is a pattern of stars to form a picture with a back round story usually about Greek Mythology.
Most of a star’s life is spent on producing gas Star’s twinkle because of Earth’s moving
atmosphere The sun is NOT the closest star to earth, it is
Promixa Centauri which is located about 4.2 light years away?
![Page 6: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
Why? I did star’s and nebulas because I
always thought stars were interesting. I didn’t know what a nebula was so I decided it would be interesting to research. I enjoyed learning about Nebula’s and I learned some awesome facts about star’s.
![Page 7: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
Star’s vs. Nebula contrast Stars
Star appear to twinkle
Just like the sun Sun shows on
Earth
Nebula’s Nebula’s are dark Has gas, but not a
star Hard to find
Nebulas.
![Page 8: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
Star’s vs. Nebulas compared! Star’s and Nebula’s are alike because
they are both full of gases and have several types. Like there’s a planetary and cat eye nebula and star’s have big red giant and young blue star. They are also seen in the night sky.
![Page 9: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
What make’s a Star compare to the sun? Both the star’s and the sun are full of
gas. Really, the sun is a closer, average sized star. So if you want to say it like this:
There a MILLIONS of sun’s!
![Page 10: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
Some Pictures! This is a *Shooting Star! Supernova
![Page 11: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/11.jpg)
Shooting Star’s! Shooting Star’s aren’t just star’s that are
flying in space, they are actually meteorites. Meteorites are small part’s from a meteor or asteroid.
![Page 12: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/12.jpg)
Think about it?Do you think there could be other types of Nebula’s and star’s?Why are star’s little sun’s besides that they have gases?Could we go inside a Nebula?Did we ever send anything into a black hole? (A black hole is a star that died, but did not explode AKA supernova.)
![Page 13: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/13.jpg)
It’s the sad end.Thank you for watching I hope you paid attention!
![Page 14: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/14.jpg)
More information! That first picture on the other slide was
a lie. Ha! So let’s just say this next slide will share some more information!
![Page 15: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/15.jpg)
Finally More Information! There are 1 septillion stars in the universe.
Only 3,000 can be seen alone. Some star’s are so huge that the sun is a
dot compared to them. Most star’s are 3 billion mile across, while
the Sun is only 860,000 miles! The brightest star is called Sirius. The Crab Nebula was once a Supernova. A photo of the Crab Nebula:
![Page 16: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/16.jpg)
Star’s history Ancient Roman’s always looked at the
stars and thought they were rotating Earth, which they aren’t. They play and important part in navigation. They helped to accurate calendars. Today star’s still help direction. People don’t forget the star’s history. Many astronomer’s, such as Galileo and Girodana Bruno.
![Page 17: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/17.jpg)
Constellations. There are many types of constellations. Some are:The Big Dipper, The Little DipperUrsa Minor, Ursa MajorCancer CrabGemini TwinsLeo the Lion
![Page 18: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/18.jpg)
Now it is time to use your IMAGNATION ON THE NEXT SLIDE!
![Page 19: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/19.jpg)
Now it’s time to use your, Imagination Think, what if there were star aliens? Could there be life, even as little as
bacteria? Could star’s center be ice or water? When the sun dies, could a star replace
it?
![Page 20: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/20.jpg)
Ok imagination time is over… There for,
![Page 21: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/21.jpg)
Now imagine this with Nebula’s so you have to Imagine still! A Nebula Exploding Astronauts on a NEBULA!! Or at least
floating in it? Rover going into a Nebula and life is
found! You never know….
![Page 22: Star’s and Nebulas](https://reader035.vdocument.in/reader035/viewer/2022062222/56816132550346895dd086a8/html5/thumbnails/22.jpg)
So, this is the real end I PROMISE. SORRY IT WAS ABNORMALLY LONG!BYE!!!
