The mission of our school is to provide the
foundation for our students’ life long
learning by furnishing opportunities for
them to flourish academically, physically,
artistically, socially and emotionally in a
nurturing, yet rigorous environment.

1. Engage in a systematic, inclusive, and comprehensive
process to review, revise, and communicate the system's
mission, vision, and beliefs on an annual basis. Indicator: 1.1
2. Develop, implement, and evaluate structures that provide
for long-term interaction with individual students that build
strong relationships over time with students and adults in the
schools. Indicator: 3.9

3. Develop and regularly employ formal evaluation processes and procedures to ensure that the wealth of early and mid-stage initiatives, both human and physical resources reach full implementation with fidelity to maximize student achievement.

4. Expand the planned development and implementation of a “systemic data protocol” to include a review of the current processes and procedures used to collect, analyze, and apply data from multiple sources. Make revisions to ensure consistency throughout the system and include training and follow-up provisions for all staff members as may be appropriate to ensure fidelity of use.

grown
significantly since
2007-2008 (56.6%).
2009-2010 (69.1%)
graduated. That‘s a 12.4
percentage point increase,
or approximately 200 more
students graduating. We
acknowledge the
successful
efforts of the students
themselves, data clerks,
teachers, graduation
coaches, principals, and
alternative school staff.
Note: Dropout rate is 2.3%
compared to 6.4% in 2007.
