• What is required to make a reservation – name, mailing address, phone number and email address of at least one person in the group. This person becomes the ‘group leader’ through which all correspondence about your golf vacation is made. Initially, a credit card is required to hold the reserva-tion. Deposit and balance information varies per property.

• Our packages must include golf and lodging – we cannot book “golf only” trips.

• Prices for packages that include hotels for your lodging option are based on double occupancy – 2 golfers to a room that has 2 double beds. If you have an odd number of golfers we can price your package accordingly – just let us know before we get started.

• Each of the rental homes in our program are privately owned and all offer different bedding arrangements and amenities – if you have a specific need or request just let us know and we will do our best to find the prop-erty that works for you!

• Prices fluctuate day to day and week to week – there are numerous seasonal pricing adjustments that occur during the year. Do your best to provide specific arrival and departure dates prior to beginning the quote process – this will allow us to issue an accurate quote more quickly.

Re-designed in 2004 by Tom Clark, of Ault and Clark Associates, the championship course draws rave reviews from members and guests for its excellent condition and a fun, challenging layout.

Kilmarlic Golf Club has added 12 Cottages to their on-site lodging options. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath Cottages include a full kitchen, living area and a back deck over-looking a 5,000 square-foot lighted putting green. Guests also enjoy the 4 hole short course steps from their front door.

For vacationing golfers stayingon the beach side of the bridge, Kilmarlic is conveniently located five miles west of the Wright Memo-rial Bridge along Highway 158, the main artery to the Outer Banks from the north. “In 10 minutes,” long-time Director of Golf Bryan Sullivan likes to say, “you can have your toes in the ocean.”

The cottages have two bedrooms, each with two full size beds and it’s own bath, along with a loft that has two additional full beds. This layout

is great for groups of up to 6 golfers, as well as families with small children. Kilmarlic decided to add to the on-site experience by constructing a 5,000-square foot, lighted putting green and a four-hole short course offering fun-filled par-3 holes. “The short course is perfect for our package groups staying at the Cot-tages”, Sullivan said. “They can easily play a few holes in the evening and continue into the night on the lighted putting green.” The Kilmarlic accommodations are not just for golfers. Families often utilize the cottages for two or three nights prior to checking into their weekly rentals on the island. It helps avoid the often crowded Saturday check-in traffic and gives families an extra day to enjoy the many activi-ties that the Outer Banks has to offer.
