Share It is a solution that pushes back the boundaries of storage by increasing both

space efficiency and user effectiveness.

Share It Structure for team spaces

Thanks to its modularity, Share It makes it easy to structure team spaces and to save

valuable square metres. Cupboards for storage can also be easily turned and utilised as

space dividers and communication zones. At the same time, Share It provides the

freedom to concentrate and work decisively.

With its sound absorbing front and back and Partito Screens, Share It helps users to

Share It Supports collaboration and communication

Share It incorporates unique features that encourage collaboration and

communication in the office. Glass fronts can be written on to create

dynamic and interactive areas for meetings. Integrated storage at Meeting

points facilitates easy access to relevant information and knowledge.

Signaling communication zonesOverhead ‘umbrellas’ can be used to designate communication areas and provide greater privacy.

Impromptu meetings Informal discussions in the office are often a source of new ideas and creativity. Use the surfaces of storage cabinets for an impromptu meeting. Share It offers many different heights to support instant collaboration.

Share It Helping people concentrate

Noise disturbance is one of the greatest threats to concentration

performance. Our research shows that it can take up to 15 minutes

to regain concentration after being distracted at work.

The combination of Share It and Partito screens minimises sound

pollution and creates privacy for comfortable, decisive working.

Different materials can be chosen to personalise the workspace,

including Melamine with a unique pattern, front or back, side -

opening tambour door and different coloured fabrics as back panels.

New technologies are making people more mobile in the office and in their working lives in general. Individual spaces at work

are shrinking and yet research shows that personal space is incredibly important to people. Share It offers secure lockers for

extensive range of 1+1, Steelcase has taken the burden out of storage. Our research

Since 1912, Steelcase has been committed to continually reducing the environmental impacts of its products and activities on

a global scale, by constantly seeking more effective ways to conserve resources, prevent pollution and nurture environmental

consciousness in its people every day.

During Share It’s development process we evaluated the environmental aspects of the products at each stage of its life

cycle: materials extraction, production, transport, use and reuse, until the end of its life.

Blauer Engel. This German environmental certifi cation is awarded to products with a low environmental impact.

Indoor Advantage. This product, when made in Europe and in North America, is Indoor Advantage™ certifi ed, meaning that it meets tough indoor air quality standards.

PEFC. The wooden components are PEFC certifi ed (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certifi cation), ensuring that wood originates from sustainably managed forests.

E1. The particle boards comply with the “E1 standard” guaranteeing a low level of formaldehyde emissions.
