Position Overview

The D&I Intern will work closely with Hollard's Senior D&I Officer on all relevant aspects of influencing and change management around Hollard's six D&I focus areas - accessibility, culture, DFV, gender equality, LGBTI and mental health. This includes:
Designing, developing, implementing and driving organisational change strategies;
Work collaboratively with the business and senior leaders to drive a diversity and inclusion culture;
Implementation of formal programs, processes and metrics;
Policy reviews;
Campaign management;
Communication design;
Research and reporting;
Participation in all D&I Work Groups; and
Participation in Diversity Council Steering Committee meetings.
Ideal Degree/Discipline
HR, Social Science
Eligibility Requirements
Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Australian citizens, permanent residents and international students with full working rights
Identify as having disability
Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
