Race 11 No. 4 EBONY AND IVORY. The greyhound was withdrawn ( sick ) this morning at 8.13am,
however due to an admin oversight, the scratching was overlooked. The error was detected at
9.45am, at which time, was too late to have the reserve included.

with the trial duplicating as a weight trial The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily,
and was cleared all venues, with the new racing weight recognised.
Back Off was trialling to clear a Failed To Pursue / Injury endorsement incurred from Capalaba - (
Qld ), - 14/6/20. The greyhound was deemed to have trialled satisfactorily, and was cleared all
tracks except Capalaba, pending approval from the Qld Authority, due to only 3 runners contesting
the trial.
A random elect pre race sample is to be obtained from BLACK LEX BONUS – Race 3 No. 3.
As Race 5 is classified as a Feature Event ( prizemoney threshold ), the winner will be swabbed.

BLACK LEX BONUS( 3 ) was vetted with no incapacitation period imposed. With regards to the actions of BLACK LEX BONUS( 3 ) in the home straight, Stewards invoked GAR 69A(1) for failing to pursue the lure.
