The Future Internet Public-Private Partnership (FI-PPP)
• The aim of the FI-PPP is to place Europe in the best position to capture new opportunities in the Future Internet, derived from digitalization of economy sectors
• This requires creating an generic, open and standard platform and meeting point around which a dynamic innovation ecosystem can be created engaging developers and entrepreneurs

Future Internet CHallenge eHealth• One of the 16 accelerator projects supported by the Future Internet
program and targeted to the successful deployment of FIWARE technology with the aim to create successful businesses throughout Europe
• To accelerate SMEs and startups that develop innovative applications in the eHealth domain
• SMEs will translate their idea into a field lab tested prototype near market ready, while elaborating their business plan and go-to-market strategy

• Support SMEs and startups in translating their idea into a field lab tested prototype, while elaborating their business planand go-to-market strategy through:– Business & technical coaching, training and matchmaking
events – Co-creation with end-users and field labs to enhance the
chances of successful uptake and business– Funding by grants up to 217.000€, total amount of funding is
6.240.000€– Matchmaking events with investors, public funds, procurers etc
Process
18-month challenge, split in a three phase acceleration program • 80 teams will enter the first phase with grant of 15 000€, • 40 will continue with 50 000€, and • 20 finalists entering the third and last phase will receive 152 000€
