● Infantilism & diaper fetishes exist– Failed quitting, binge & purge cycles

– Sex ratio (mostly male), onset age (10-90% 4-16 yrs M) trends

– Single symptom; diagnostically ambiguous

● Disproportionate Conditions– Asperger's (5%), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (8%)

● Similar onset age, sex ratio (Aspergers, early onset OCD)

– Incontinence (11%) Diapers; cause/effect/both

– Borderline Personality Disorder (4%). Teddybears misinterpreted as “transitional objects”

● Not alone: “Abnormal is bad”
