2010 highlights
Allocated funds for facilities and landscaping projects
Upgraded the Facilities committee by organizing sub-committees and addressing numerous projects
Eliminated trees posing imminent danger to the community, most
notably, the removal of the threatening large oak tree and addressed dead trees that pose a danger to common areas and easements
Continue to set-aside funds for future repaving when a majority of the lots are developed and will patch/repair sections of the road as necessary

Working with landscape committee toward possible landscaping “front entrance hills” at intersection of Harbor Drive E/W & Stoney Point Drive.
Working on fire ant control testing along roadway Will be implementing boat storage weed control maintenance
into agreement. Pole light cleaning on per call basis. Accept maintenance agreement on entrance gate. Continue “Adopt A Highway” program. Road repairs???????????????????????????
