Our Customer Service Desk is located in Wrekin Square by Waterstones, offering help and advice. Tourist information is located in Shopmobility on Red Oak Car Park.Collect+ service is available within our Shopmobility unit. Choose Telford Shopping Centre as your Collect+ delivery destination and collect on a day convenient to you. Unit open during core centre opening hours only. See Collect+ website for details.Toilet facilities and baby changingWinner of the ‘Loo of the Year’ award for ‘Best Baby Changing Facilities in England’, our unit on Southwater Mall next to DB Roberts is well equipped with a breastfeeding room, facilities for children under seven years of age and much more to help you and your baby.

You can also change nappies in our male and female toilets on Wrekin Walk behind Druckers Café, Sherwood Row near Sports Direct and New Row near House of Fraser.

There are additional toilets in BHS, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and House of Fraser. There is also a ‘changing places’ disabled toilet on Wrekin Walk (NB: Hoist Facility not available).

Security controlThe Centre is manned 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by Security Control Officers and CCTV.

FacilitiesChild SafetyHelping to reunite lost children, our FREE ‘Child Safe’ scheme provides child wrist bands and easy-to-spot stickers which can be found on store windows, directing parents to contact security if their child goes missing. Please visit Customer Service by Waterstone’s for more information.Kiddie KruzzersTo enhance your family shopper experience. These unique themed cars are a great, fun and safe way for you to shop with your children allowing you to roam throughout the centre while they play. The Kiddie Kruzzers are available for hire for £2 for up to 3 hours and an additional £1 every hour or part hour thereafter. (£10 cash deposit also required). For further information and tokens please visit our Customer Service desk in Wrekin Square.
