Welcome to the Philadelphia Flyers Stored Value Center

The Philadelphia Flyers are pleased to announce a new feature, the Flyers Stored Value Center. This online system allows you the ability to:

LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Visit www.MyFlyersTickets.com and click on the Ticket Technology tab.

2. Click on the Philadelphia Flyers Stored Value Center logo.

3. Click the “My Ticket Inventory” tab, enter your Season Ticket Holder Account Number in the Account Number box.

4. In the password field, please enter the password that was automatically assigned to you. You can find this bolded under the set up instructions, in the middle of the letter that was included with this pamphlet.

5. Click Login to proceed to the next page.

VIEW CURRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE

Once signed into your account using the Account Number and Password that was assigned to you, click on MY TICKET INVENTORY to view your

current account balance.

Your Current Account Balance will be listed at the top of the page.

As a reminder all Flyers Season Ticket accounts were given a FREE $50 credit to use for the 2013 season.

SET SPENDING LIMITS

Turn stored value off for one or more tickets to any game.

1. Click on the My Tickets tab and filter your tickets by selecting the ACTIVE option in the dropdown menu. This will display all seats on your account that have access to your available stored value.

2. Choose the specific game and seat location for which you want to manage your value, by checking the SELECT box on the left side. Once selected, choose the ADD TO SELECTED TICKETS button.

3. Once the selected game and seat location are displayed at the bottom of the screen, under Selected Tickets, UPDATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT LIMIT will appear from the dropdown menu, click PROCEED.

4. To set a maximum you can spend on a ticket, enter the dollar value in the ACCOUNT VALUE LIMIT box on the right.

5. To deactivate a ticket, enter $0 in the ACCOUNT VALUE LIMIT box on the right.

• This will set the available limit of value for that ticket at zero.

6. Double check your amounts and click PROCEED.

7. You will receive the following message on the next screen:

The Customer Account Limit for the following ticket(s) have been updated successfully.

8. Click BACK TO REGISTERED TICKETS on the bottom of the page, to return to the My Tickets page on your account. Here you can continue to adjust tickets for future games.

ADD VALUE TO A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

This page allows you to add value to your account for friends, family or clients to use.

ADD NOW

1. Select the Add Value to my Customer Account tab and choose a set amount to add to your account or add a variable amount of value.

2. Enter your credit card and billing information in the next section. Be sure to include the security code and expiration date.

3. Confirm your email address before moving on to the next page. A confirmation email and receipt of your order will be emailed to you for your records.

4. Click PROCEED.

AUTOMATIC ADD/UPDATE RELOAD

You can also set up an automatic reload option. You can choose to reload: • Weekly • Monthly • When your balance falls to a designated threshold ADD A SPECIFIC AMOUNT Have a set amount automatically added to your account each week or month.

1. Under the Reload Options section, select “Add a Specific Amount.”

2. Select the frequency of the reload you want from the dropdown menu – Weekly or Monthly.

3. Select the circle next to the amount you want to be reloaded.

4. If you do not want any of the fixed amounts, enter the amount you want in the next field after clicking the circle next to Variable Amount.

5. Enter your credit card information.

6. Enter your Billing Address Information.

7. Click UPDATE. MAINTAIN MY DESIGNATED BALANCE You can enter a designated amount as a threshold, so any time your account is lower than that designated amount, you will be automatically charged to get back to that balance.

Your account will be charged within 24 hours of the event where your value was used.

1. Under Reload Options select “Maintain My Designated Balance.”

2. Enter your threshold amount (the balance at which you want your account reloaded).

3. Enter your designated minimum balance.

• Your account will be reloaded to your minimum balance when your threshold is reached.

4. Enter your credit card information.

5. Enter your billing address information.

6. Click UPDATE.

CHECK WHAT YOU SPENT

This page allows you to check what was spent on your ticket(s) during games.

1. Select MY TICKET INVENTORY from the menu bar at the top.

2. Filter your tickets by selecting the ALL option in the dropdown menu. This will display all previous tickets on your account that had access to your available stored value.

4. Click the VIEW DETAILS button under Profile, of the seat/game that you wish to view.

5. Ticket information such as the game date, seat location and time of purchase will be displayed at the top right of the page. The description of the items purchased will be displayed under the Transaction History.

• System Increment – cost of the item purchased.

• Forced Redeem – stored value amount tendered.

6. Click VIEW REGISTERED TICKETS on the bottom of the page to return to the My Tickets page on your account where you can check the balance for previous games.

CHANGE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

1. Enter your updated email address, phone/cell number, and click UPDATE ACCOUNT.

Please note: An email address entered here ONLY updates in the Stored Value Center. To change the email on your season ticket account, please contact Flyers Customer Service at 215.218.4FAN (4326) or [email protected].

CHANGE PASSWORD

1. Change your password for the account on this page. Make sure to create a password that includes 8-16 characters and click CHANGE PASSWORD when finished.

VIEW REGISTERED TICKETS

This link will take you back to the My Tickets page where you can update your available account value.
