Polypropylene (PP) StrappingPolypropylene (PP) widely used for strapping applications, is low cost, and particularly suitable for strapping packages, high-speed bundling, carton reinforcement or other containers, as well as lighter pallets. Its elasticity and recovery help strap mold to the contours of irregularly shaped packages making it extremely effective. We manufacture in widths from 5mm to 12mm.

Advantages of EAM-Mosca PP strapping:

Weld efficient and versatile for a wide range of light to medium weight packaged goods

Elasticity helps to maintain consistent tension - 4%-10% stretch in working tension range

Greatest elongation and good elongation recovery

Polyester (PET) StrappingBeing strong as well as elastic, Polyester (PET) strapping is often used in place of steel bands. Its elasticity enables it to reliably absorb shock loads while resisting elongation, helping it restrain unstable or expanding products. Our PET strapping consists of up to one hundred percent recycled plastic bottles (bottle flake) and is especially suited to be used with our proprietary SoniXs® ultrasonic sealing system - sealing cleanly and reliably. We manufacture in widths of 9mm, 11mm, and 12mm.
