Strategic Process

The strategy follows a sequential process. Here below the process is given with brief discussion of each portion.

In this section, we will give those things which WE want to achieve in short term. Like, make newer departments, Halls, Emphasizing on Research based education

In this part, We will provide things which WE wants to achieve in long term. WE Want to achieve in longer term. The vision of WE will be to be the best educational institution through proper nurturing of the fellows and encouraging extracurricular activities It is that specific targets that a organization wants have in long term. Our goal is to make environment where education and environment prevails. And in this section the goals of the us will be elaborately discussed. In this section the it will be clearly defined how this goal will be achieved through taking necessary steps. For example, We observe 9th January as cleaning campus day. More elaborate discussion of making those goals into true one will be given in this section.

Mashrafi, Mushfiq- very common name in the playground. And this is to be mentioned that both of them are from JU

Giving more facility for the athletes by giving them some flexibility

Strategic DiamondBasically, it means the elements of strategy. It is the system strategy formulation. Now, in this portion we reporters would like describe each of the portion in terms of Jahangirnagar University.

VehiclesNow the problem is how get there? For that we have to do certain things. Internal development of teachers and students. Committee formation for making the strategy more feasible and worthy for the concerned party-Students, Teachers Government and Administration should work jointly to solve any crisis in the campus like political disturbance and to meet student and teachers interest at every single pointDifferentiatorsWe should poses some unique qualities that should make ourselves different from others. We can do those thing to be different from others. Infrastructure development Focusing on the beautification of campus as we have the most beautiful campus in the country. Introducing business competition as to find out the brain with unique capabilities and who can really think out of the boxStaging & PacingThe speed and move towards the strategy should be speedy and sequential. Should make a clear and logical sequence to accomplish the strategy The staging would be so as the subject concern (students and teachers) will easily able to understand It will not be peaceful thing to make just strategy and staging it into logical sequence. It is quite an obvious thing that the effort toward achieving the strategy should be speedy The pace should come from the top level and the concern party and authority will make it real For example: The strategy to make quality students and quality teachers should be constructed in a logical sequence and the pace to make it a real thing should come from the top level of the university like from the VC and the committee that are only focusing on students-teachers staffs. Economic LogicThe main point for strategy formulation is to obtain something in return. As we are formulating strategy for our university it will not be fully monetary basis as it is for profitable business organization. The economic logic for strategy formulation for JU are: Value creation in the market for the students of Jahangirnagar University More enhanced job opportunities for the students. Government will be more interested in increasing facility of JUs teachers and students Teacher and student will both be benefitted in the long run.
